Civic & Environmental Education (CEE)

The CEE program is an educational and empowerment platform upon which all other GBM programs are built. GBM provides CEE seminars to all registered tree nursery groups across Kenya, which are critical to GBM’s unique 10-step tree-planting procedure.
The goal of CEE seminars is to raise awareness about the linkage between poverty and environmental degradation. Seminars range in topic to address a community’s basic needs, from human rights to resource management.
